Welcome to my blog of Breedom.

Writing has always been a pathway for me to move whatever stirrings happen inside of my human experience. It has been my way of connecting the dots so as to allow my learnings to integrate, a way to help me heal. Through writing I am able to parse out the various aspects of my process in a way that supports my being able to make sense and find clarity in things that feel overwhelming or muddled. For most of my life writing has been kept within the confines of my private journals and has been spontaneously shared on my social media platforms. It has been a long time desire to move my writing to a place where I can more elaborately share my story beyond the character limits in hopes to one day have the courage to write a book. Life of Breedom is a place that I hope will gift me the opportunity to share my life story, my path of healing and a place where I hope to not only continue my healing journey but also to support those who feel connected with what I share. We are all on this wild ride of life, each of us navigating and carving out our own unique paths and I hope that through my writing you find that you are not alone. I by no means have everything figured out and the more I dive deep onto my healing journey the more I realize the journey is the destination.

You can expect this blog to be resonant to the diversity of seasons. Some stories may carry the essence of blooming flowers celebrating spring, some may feel dark and stormy like a winter storm, some may feel warm and sunny like a summers day and some may feel colorful yet melancholic like the leaves falling in autumn. My posts are for the most part rough drafts, a not needing to make it perfect, rather an opportunity to express myself in an authentic and raw form.  What if we could let ourselves be messy, allow ourselves the space to not have it all figured out, to trust that the messy spaces between the tidy clarity are exciting new treasures to be discovered with time.

So it is here that I invite you to ride this wave with me on my own discovery to living a life of freedom, and see where you can weave your web within mine and mine within yours. My story is just that, my story, a story that is continually and forever evolving and fine tuning. I welcome your reflections, your judgements, your appreciations, etc for it is all medicine. It is through our openness to seeing ourselves in the mirror of the other that we find some of the greatest medicine for our healing. I invite you to notice the parts you love, the parts you dislike, and the parts that move you, for your emotional evocation to what I share is an invitation for you to touch in on something juicy within yourself.
