Breann is dedicated to inspiring and guiding others back to their body’s innate wisdom, their personal sovereignty, and a life rich with pleasure and purpose. Her passion lies in helping individuals reclaim their authentic selves and live fully liberated and meaningful lives.
Breann, with her attuned and intuitive insight and innate ability to foster a safe, loving and non-judgmental space, offers her clients a transformative opportunity to connect to their deepest truths and get to the root of what is keeping them stuck. With over 20 years of experience in the healing arts she is able to spot the intricate patterns and cycles in her clients lives. Through her guidance, individuals are empowered to confront and dissolve deeply ingrained beliefs and habits, shifting from a state of confusion and stagnation to one of profound liberation and authentic, embodied expression.
Beyond her 12 year career as a registered nurse, Breann is educated and has extensive experience in Yoga, psychedelic medicine work and integration, Somatic Sex Love and Relationship Coaching, Shadow work, Hakomi mindfulness and Somatic psychotherapy, Embodiment, and Sexological Body Work. She is a trauma informed facilitator, ceremonialist, and educator on sex, pleasure, Somatics and all things supporting being embodied in liberation.

Outside of working with clients Breann is a daughter, sister, aunt, friend and lover and enjoys singing, dancing, playing her various instruments, hiking and exploring in nature with her dog, traveling, learning, biohacking, and her most recent passion is neurolinguistic programming and attachment theory.
